REGISTRATION IS ACCEPTED
THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE YEAR
Upon registration, child must be a min. of 18mos. of age for Friend & Me class, and 3 years of age for the separate dance phase classes. Adults categorized by age 20+.
Registration will be received over the phone, mail, during in studio registration, or by the following form online. For any other questions or details about the academy, either contact the office at 610-760-9602 or email the director at pbath@ptd.net.
Recital participation deadline(due to costume orders) for new students registering later is January 1st, unless otherwise directed by the director.
Registration fee of $25.00 per student to accompany the registration information. If registering online, please mail in payment with note of students name.
Tuition:
Tuition is for classes and private instruction from September thru mid –June. All tuition is non-refundable. There is no deduction for short months or holidays.
Tuition is based on a yearly amount, then divided into ten monthly installment payments for your convenience and budgeting. Tuition begins in September to including a final installment payment in June-prior to the recital.
If discontinuing, payments are charged and expected until notice in writing is received in the studio office.
A $10.00 late fee is applied to any account balance received in the office after the 10th of the month. There is a $35.00 charge for any checks returned from the bank.
For any students paying the entire year prior to October 1st., will receive a 5% discount on class tuition.
A non-refundable registration fee of $25.00 per student is payable upon registration.
Discover, Mastercard, or Visa is also accepted for tuition payment with a 5% bank processing fee.
Tuition is credited the day payment is received in the office, not by the date posted on the check.
Private, Semi-private, Trio, & Quad lessons are charged on a weekly basis and due at the first lesson of that said month. Payment is still expected if the student misses their private lesson, but a make up class will be scheduled at that time.
Family Credit: A $5.00 credit for each consecutive child per family whom are taking part of a min. 1hr or more hours of dance instruction on a monthly basis.
